Nilon Valves is fully equipped to carry out critical Fusion Bonded Epoxy on Internal and External surfaces of valves and other piping components with our state-of-the-art continuous process plant, pictured here, with powder of all prestigious makes available worldwide such as 3M, Jotun, KCC, Akzo Nobel and other approved makes.
The entire production line consists of in-house shot-blasting to “near-white” finish, primer coating, actual epoxy coating, post-costing curing, adhesion testing, holiday/pin-hole detection, DFT check and recording, and physical appearance. We are able to coat all valves/components with a minimum of 200 microns and a maximum of 750 Microns on inside and/or outside surfaces.
Besides carrying out this service for our in-house jobs, we also carry out sub-contract jobs for other OEMs who have been using our coating line for the past many years.
